Pets are allowed with the approval of The Management.
$500.00 pet deposit is required prior to bringing any pet into the unit.
Additional monthly charges apply per pet: $20 per cat & $30 per dog.
Pets must be covered under tenants renters insurance.
Any pet not approved by The Preserve prior to being brought into a unit is subject to a $50 per day fine.
There are certain pets not allowed to be in the units, please call us to find out if your pet will be accepted.
